To initiate a return and/or exchange, please send us a message through the form on the Contact page within 15 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- The email used for the order
Once we receive your returned item, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days.
When you receive your order, if your item(s) is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please email us at hello@thriveaccessories.com with your order number and a clear image of the item.
